At Innovision Research and Learning Private Limited, we strive to provide the highest quality educational services and products. This policy explains our guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges for both our online courses and subscription services. By purchasing a course, program, or subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 

Course Enrolment Refund Policy 

No Refund 

• No refunds will be issued for enrolment of any course or program, unless specified in other cases (e.g., due to technical failure, course cancellation by the provider). 

Course Cancellations by Company 

• If Company cancels a course or program after you have enrolled, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid. 

Technical Issues 

• If you experience issues with accessing a digital product, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a suitable replacement or solution. 

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  • Refund requests can be made by contacting our support team at cme@innovisionimaging.com  
  • For cancellations, No cancellations request allowed after you have enrolled to a course 

Exceptions 

• In rare circumstances, such as medical emergencies or personal hardships, we may offer exceptions to the above policies. Please contact us with documentation for consideration. 

Dispute Resolution 

• If you disagree with the resolution of a refund or cancellation request, you may appeal the decision by emailing us.
